However, premium plugin and theme creators don’t separate support from code, ignore regional pricing, and seldom give discounts to students or low-income individuals.
We offer an alternative by sharing the code without unnecessary add-ons.

How are you able to provide products at such affordable rates?

Every WordPress component, like plugins and themes, falls under the General Public Licence (GPL).
After we buy these items, we have the freedom to share them. Your site membership contributes to both upkeep and the purchase of third-party themes and plugins.

Any discount codes available?

Our prices are already low, saving you thousands compared to buying plugins individually. Therefore, we don’t offer additional coupons, membership cards, or discounts.
We steer clear of deceptive tactics like inflating prices only to offer fake discounts. Our approach is straightforward: a flat-rate subscription for honest and efficient service.

If you’re here via a promo or coupon site and find that the code doesn’t work, know that those sites often share non-existent or misleading offers for our service. We have no association with them.
Should we decide to offer deals in the future, they’ll be exclusively for existing subscribers and communicated through our newsletter.

Does the service include technical support?

No, technical support is not part of the package. If you encounter issues with a plugin or theme, you’ll either need to buy the product directly from its creator (links are on each product page) or consult a freelancer.
Community forums are another resource. Our ability to provide discounted prices is contingent on not offering technical support.

Are the products authentic?

Absolutely. We maintain active subscriptions with the authors of the products we feature.
We download directly from them and then share with you.

What’s the limit on the number of sites I can use the plugin or theme on?

No limits. Thanks to the GPL license, you can use the plugins and themes on as many sites as you want.
Have a friend working on a website? Feel free to share with them too. No strings attached.

Are product updates available?

Absolutely. Whenever an update is released, we download it from the original author and update our listings.

What’s the process for updating a plugin or theme?

I’m prompted for a registration code after downloading an item. What should I do?

Just disregard it. Those codes are typically for automatic updates or registering for support from the developers. The theme or plugin will function just fine without entering any code.
We suggest manually updating your themes and plugins when new versions are available on our site.

Can I request a specific plugin?

If the plugin is GPL-licensed, we’ll do our best to acquire it. Use the widget at the bottom right corner of your screen to send us your request.
We aim to add new items monthly, prioritizing those with the most user demand.

Is it possible to switch from a monthly to an annual subscription?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade whenever you want.

What’s the duration of a membership?

We have Monthly, Bi-Annual, Annual and Lifetime subscription options!
Opting for an annual subscription gives you a significant 25% discount compared to a monthly plan.

Is there a limit on the number of downloads?

Due to misuse of our fair use policy, we’ve had to impose a limit. Each user is allowed up to 30 downloads per day.

Can I keep the plugins/themes after my subscription has ended?

Absolutely, the GPL license allows you to keep them.
Just note that you’ll need an active subscription with us to get any future updates.

Is it possible to get a refund?

Unfortunately, no.
Due to the digital nature of plugins and themes, once downloaded, they can’t be returned.
If you’re uncertain, consider opting for a one-month subscription before committing to a longer term.

Is it possible to cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can. There’s no lock-in. Just log into the members area and go to the subscriptions link to cancel.
If you encounter issues, reach out and we’ll cancel it for you, no questions asked.

How can I report a trademark or copyright violation?

Given that all items are GPL-licensed, the likelihood of such a violation is very low. We use product names solely for identification purposes and clearly state that no items on our site are endorsed by trademark holders.
However, if you still have concerns, please use our contact form and we’ll be glad to address the issue.
